Returns for incorrectly ordered products, including incorrect size, thread type, voltage or configuration, are considered case-by-case.

Where a return is approved, the product must generally be unused, uninstalled and in resalable condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for incorrectly ordered or change-of-mind products.
