O-Ring Size Identifier

Simple existing O-ring identifier. Select the O-ring standard, then choose the measured cross section and inside diameter from standard dropdown sizes.

Step 1 — Select Standard

Tip: AS568 Imperial is commonly used for hydraulic O-rings ordered by dash size.

Step 2 — Measure Existing O-Ring

Measure the O-ring cross section first, then the inside diameter. Dropdowns show much larger ID ranges. AS568 uses dash sizes; Metric includes large industrial sizes up to 3000 mm ID.
