Shipping Policy

Hydraulic Konnect ships hydraulic parts and components throughout Australia, with international orders available on a case-by-case basis.

Australian Shipping

We ship to addresses throughout Australia using appropriate courier and postal services depending on the size, weight and destination of the order.

Estimated delivery for most Australian orders is 3–7 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, courier delays, public holidays, weather events and other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the products ordered, parcel size, weight and delivery location.

Where available, the applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

For unusually large, heavy or specialised orders, we may contact you if alternative freight arrangements are required.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as reasonably possible.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will generally be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

Please check your delivery details carefully before completing your purchase.

If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply before the order is resent.

Authority to Leave

Some courier services may offer Authority to Leave or other unattended delivery options.

Where a customer or courier authorises a parcel to be left unattended, Hydraulic Konnect is not responsible for loss, theft or damage occurring after the parcel has been delivered in accordance with that authority, except where otherwise required by law.

Delayed Deliveries

Courier delivery times are outside the direct control of Hydraulic Konnect.

If your order is taking longer than expected, contact us at hello@hydraulickonnect.com.au and we will assist with tracking the shipment where possible.

A courier delay does not necessarily mean that an order has been lost.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and relevant details.

For damaged shipments, please retain the packaging and provide photographs where possible, as these may be required when assessing the claim with the carrier.

Each case will be assessed individually and we will work with the carrier where required.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available on a case-by-case basis.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges and other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices unless specifically stated otherwise.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination, carrier and customs processing.

Large & Bulk Orders

Large, heavy or bulk orders may require a customised freight quote.

If you are purchasing a significant quantity of hydraulic components or require delivery to a commercial or industrial site, contact us and we can discuss suitable freight arrangements.

Refund & Returns Policy

At Hydraulic Konnect, we want to make returns and product issues as straightforward as possible.

Change of Mind & Incorrectly Ordered Products

Returns for change of mind, incorrectly ordered products, incorrect sizing, thread type, voltage or other customer selection errors are considered on a case-by-case basis.

If you would like to request a return, please contact us before sending the product back.

Where a return is approved:

• The product must be unused, uninstalled and in resalable condition.
• The product should be returned in its original packaging where applicable.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Products that have been installed, used, modified, damaged or contaminated may not be accepted for a change-of-mind return.
• Special-order, custom or specifically sourced products may not be eligible for return unless otherwise agreed.

Approval of a change-of-mind return is at the discretion of Hydraulic Konnect and does not affect any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you believe you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at hello@hydraulickonnect.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue and, where possible, photos or other relevant information.

Faulty product claims will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Hydraulic Konnect may need to inspect or test the product to determine the nature and cause of the issue before providing a remedy.

Where a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy depending on the circumstances and whether the failure is considered major or minor.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.

Products Damaged Through Use

A return, refund or replacement may not be available where a problem has been caused by misuse, incorrect installation, incorrect application, modification, contamination, neglect or damage occurring after delivery, except where you are otherwise entitled to a remedy under applicable law.

Customers are responsible for confirming that the product selected is suitable for their intended application, including dimensions, thread type, pressure requirements, voltage and other specifications.

If you are unsure which product you require, please contact us before ordering and we will be happy to assist.

Return Shipping

For approved change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Where a return relates to a faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied product, shipping arrangements will be determined as part of the assessment and in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Please do not send a product back before contacting us, as we will provide the appropriate return instructions.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and assessed, we will advise you of the outcome.

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind or incorrectly ordered products unless otherwise agreed.
