The Hydraulic Konnect replacement solenoid coil is designed for use with CETOP 3 and CETOP 5 hydraulic directional control valves. It provides reliable electromagnetic actuation for hydraulic systems used in industrial machinery, hydraulic power units, mobile equipment, agricultural machinery and general fluid power applications.
Available in both DC and AC supply options, these replacement coils allow a damaged, burnt-out or faulty coil to be replaced without replacing the complete hydraulic valve assembly.
All coil options include a matching DIN plug with LED indicator.
Important for AC models: The 110VAC and 240VAC versions are supplied with a matched rectifier DIN plug with LED indicator. The supplied rectifier plug forms part of the AC coil assembly and must be used when operating the AC coil from the specified AC supply. Do not bypass the supplied rectifier plug or connect the AC supply directly to the bare coil terminals.

Compatibility Information
Please confirm the required valve size, supply voltage, coil bore diameter, coil length and connector style before ordering.
CETOP valve size alone does not guarantee compatibility. Different valve manufacturers may use different armature tube diameters, coil lengths and retaining arrangements. Compare the dimensions of your existing coil with the specifications shown above before purchase.
Voltage Selection
Select the coil voltage that matches the electrical control supply of the machine or hydraulic power unit.
- 12VDC – Common in mobile equipment, trailers, vehicles and compact hydraulic power packs. Includes matching LED DIN plug.
- 24VDC – Common in industrial control systems, mobile machinery and hydraulic power units. Includes matching LED DIN plug.
- 110VAC – For 110VAC control supplies used in selected industrial machinery. Includes the required matched rectifier DIN plug with LED indicator.
- 240VAC – For 220–240VAC control supplies commonly found in Australian industrial machinery and hydraulic power units. Includes the required matched rectifier DIN plug with LED indicator.
Important for AC versions: The AC electrical supply is connected through the supplied rectifier DIN plug. The rectifier plug is part of the operating circuit and must remain paired with the AC coil. Do not apply 110VAC or 220–240VAC directly to the bare AC coil terminals.
The voltage options are not interchangeable. Applying an incorrect supply voltage or using an incorrect DIN plug may damage the coil or prevent the valve from operating correctly.
DIN Plug Information
All voltage options include a matching DIN plug with LED indicator.
12VDC and 24VDC versions: Supplied with a matching DC DIN plug with LED indicator.
110VAC and 240VAC versions: Supplied with a matching rectifier DIN plug with LED indicator. The rectifier plug forms part of the AC coil electrical circuit and must be used with the supplied AC coil.
Important: Do not substitute the supplied AC rectifier plug with a standard DIN plug or connect the AC electrical supply directly to the bare AC coil terminals.
Installation Information
- Isolate the electrical supply before installation.
- Depressurise the hydraulic system before carrying out valve repairs.
- Confirm the correct coil and supply voltage before connecting power.
- Use the matching DIN plug supplied with the selected coil.
- For 110VAC and 240VAC versions, use only the matched rectifier DIN plug supplied with the coil.
- Do not connect the AC supply directly to the bare AC coil terminals.
- Fit the coil fully over the valve armature tube before operation.
- Do not energise the coil while it is removed from the armature tube.
- Secure the retaining nut without overtightening.
- Ensure the DIN plug gasket and cable entry are correctly fitted and sealed.
- AC mains wiring should be completed by a suitably qualified person in accordance with applicable electrical requirements.

Australian Shipping
We ship to addresses throughout Australia using appropriate courier and postal services depending on the size, weight and destination of the order.
Estimated delivery for most Australian orders is 3–7 business days.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, courier delays, public holidays, weather events and other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary depending on the products ordered, parcel size, weight and delivery location.
Where available, the applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
For unusually large, heavy or specialised orders, we may contact you if alternative freight arrangements are required.

Delayed Deliveries
Courier delivery times are outside the direct control of Hydraulic Konnect.

A courier delay does not necessarily mean that an order has been lost.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and relevant details.
For damaged shipments, please retain the packaging and provide photographs where possible, as these may be required when assessing the claim with the carrier.
Each case will be assessed individually and we will work with the carrier where required.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available on a case-by-case basis.

Refund & Returns Policy
At Hydraulic Konnect, we want to make returns and product issues as straightforward as possible.
Change of Mind & Incorrectly Ordered Products
Returns for change of mind, incorrectly ordered products, incorrect sizing, thread type, voltage or other customer selection errors are considered on a case-by-case basis.
If you would like to request a return, please contact us before sending the product back.
Where a return is approved:
- The product must be unused, uninstalled and in resalable condition.
- The product should be returned in its original packaging where applicable.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Products that have been installed, used, modified, damaged or contaminated may not be accepted for a change-of-mind return.
- Special-order, custom or specifically sourced products may not be eligible for return unless otherwise agreed.
Approval of a change-of-mind return is at the discretion of Hydraulic Konnect and does not affect any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you believe you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at hello@hydraulickonnect.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue and, where possible, photos or other relevant information.
Faulty product claims will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Hydraulic Konnect may need to inspect or test the product to determine the nature and cause of the issue before providing a remedy.
Where a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy depending on the circumstances and whether the failure is considered major or minor.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.
Products Damaged Through Use
A return, refund or replacement may not be available where a problem has been caused by misuse, incorrect installation, incorrect application, modification, contamination, neglect or damage occurring after delivery, except where you are otherwise entitled to a remedy under applicable law.
Customers are responsible for confirming that the product selected is suitable for their intended application, including dimensions, thread type, pressure requirements, voltage and other specifications.

Return Shipping
For approved change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Where a return relates to a faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied product, shipping arrangements will be determined as part of the assessment and in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Please do not send a product back before contacting us, as we will provide the appropriate return instructions.
Refunds
Once an approved return has been received and assessed, we will advise you of the outcome.
Where a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
